- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I experienced what I would call gross negligence, having purchased a car that went uninsured for 6 months due to Jason and Susan's negligence. Then I had to pay basically double payments for the other six months to make up for their mistakes. Would NOT recommend. They'll say basically anything to keep things smooth, but then they don't actually get anything done for you. And Susan is incapable of explaining anything.By Heather Adair, August 10, 2017
