- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They tried delivering a package to my house, I was not home. They left a slip on my door, I called to have them deliver it the next day after 2:00 and the agent said ok that's fine. Came home the next day and I had another slip saying they missed me again.i called them one more time and was informed we're not allowed to pick delivery times, then was hung up on. Absolutely horrible business and customer service. DO NOT USE UPS!By James W, April 28, 2017
